What to send
The request form asks for the event type, the date or a flexible date, the guest count and the venue, with a Notes field. The more you put in Notes, the closer the first proposal will be: the format, the program, any access needs and any outside vendors.
What comes back
The Reservation Team replies within 2 business hours and sends a written proposal within 24 hours. Pricing comes with that proposal.
